They are wonderful with the animals, the place is clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Also - convenient.
I've been very pleased with the care and professionalism here. I've been to a few vets in VT and this practice is the best one I've ever experienced. Very clean and nice facility as well. Reasonable rates too. The staff truly cares about your loved ones.
Wonderful Staff, my dog drags me to the door
I chose this vet after much searching when I knew I was going to get a puppy. I wanted someone I could ask a million questions to, who had patience, and where the vet office didn't smell like, well, an animal clinic! I got all of that and more with the staff here. I was there a lot, with the new pup! They were so happy to see my baby girl every time, And were awesome answering all of my emails (new dog mom with lots of worrying and questions!). They never made me feel like a pain. :-) Unfortunately I recently had to transfer to a vet closer to me, because of my new work schedule but for a year and a half they took the best care of my Bernese Mountain dog Ziva and me. I highly recommend this group of caring and talented people to love your pets through all of their appointments.
Dr. Emily Crawford and her staff are a model for other veterinary clinics to emulate: professional, caring, thorough, thoughtful, up to date with current best practices and excellent with follow up. Seeing the negative posting from "Green Mountain Steve" -- WHO HAS NEVER BEEN TO THE CLINIC and apparently doesn't have a last name -- was stunning because what he wrote is the antithesis of the reality. Waterbury Veterinary Hospital provides exceptional care to our beloved animals and we trust Dr. Emily and the entire staff with the lives of our pets. Steve Woodard was indeed a much loved vet -- and it was Dr. Emily Crawford who stepped in to help when Steve was so very ill.
